- You will be required to provide personal information to enable us to facilitate your travel and hotel arrangements. To use some of some of the features offered on the site, you may need to provide us information such as:

- information that may assist us meet your dietary or travel accommodation requirements
- How We Use and Share Your Information.

- your registration for conferences that we are assisting host companies plan and sponsor
- your travel accommodations to and from the conference
- your hotel accommodations while you attend the conference
- the processing of expense reimbursements related to your attendance at the conference
- If service providers (e.g., hotels, limousine service) are required to assist us with any of the foregoing activities, we require them to keep the information secure. We also prohibit them from using your information for any purpose other than that requested by us.

- To enable us to facilitate your travel and hotel arrangements, your information may be transferred to or accessible by individuals outside of the country in which you reside, including the United States. Some of those countries may have different privacy and data security standards than your country, and some may not require the same level of protection. Your personal data may be stored electronically as well as in off-line files in those countries.
- Access, Correction, and Deletion of Information.

SAFE HARBOR PRIVACY POLICY
BUCOM Intenational (BI) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of those who entrust us with their personal information. Our employees, and all those who do business with us, trust and expect that we will protect their personal information in accordance with the promises we make. In furtherance of our commitment, BI has certified to the Safe Harbor Agreement between the United States and the European Union, with respect to personal information processed as part of our business activities. Accordingly, BI adheres to the Safe Harbor privacy principles and frequently asked questions, as agreed to by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission.
Privacy Principles
The following privacy principles apply to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by BI in conducting its business activities.

- BI will inform individuals about the purposes for which we collect and use personal information about them, how to contact us, the types of third parties with whom we may share personal information, and any ways that individuals may limit the use and sharing of such information. - BI will provide individuals with reasonable access to personal information about them and they may request the correction or amendment of personal information that they demonstrate to be incorrect or incomplete.

- BI has put in place mechanisms to verify our ongoing adherence to these privacy principles. We have also agreed to participate in the dispute resolution program provided by the European Data Protection Authorities Panel.
